Under that prompt it displays: Operating systems; windows 7 on (E:) Local Disk. For this purpose, you would need an installation or recovery disc and make sure that BIOS is set to have CD/DVD drive listed first in the boot order. I don't know how to enter BIOS now. He blogs at captaindbg.com.
