I also get this message sometimes for other people's messages to me that I read in Netscape. For this: Go to Outlook -> Tools -> E-mail Accounts -> View or change existing e-mail accounts -> Next. As you know, when you click "forgot your password?" the communication will be with my home computer email which I can't access without my password.
I don't get the confirmation requests when I open emails in Web Mail, but if I later open the same emails in Netscape, I do get them.
