I am pretty sure the card reader itself is functional. Ebios Read Error Media Error now if I could only find the stupid little drive bay cover I removed to put the card reader in my case.... It's still recognized by the BIOS. It just hangs at the Apple Logo.

Unplugging and plugging into another USB port sometimes fixes the issue, but not always. After more testing it appeared that it was an issue with the mouse. I am concerned about the retail dvd that I am using.
