I'm not installing OSX, it's already been up and running for a few months now on 10.8.3. Ebios Read Error 0xbb I suppose it was causing problems because it was detected along with the rest of the USB hub in the monitor. Really want to solve this issue! I then ran UniBeast and the process ran to success (again). I'll pickup the adapter tomorrow and post an update. If I need to boot from an installer or other drive I use the BIOS special boot menu, in my case F12 on startup.
