Errors are gone and all devices work in USB/card reader ports! I disconnected the DVD drives of the machine, but the error persists. Resolved by making following change in BIOS: Load system BIOS and press F2 to enter Classic Mode. In Peripherals tab USB Storage Devices section click on Generic Storage Device 0.00 and change Your idea of booting from a different drive with Lion on seems like a good one. I had this problem when rebooting my hack with usb printer turned on..
